Is a hotel room included with my Cloud One attendance?

Yes, complimentary rooms are being offered for the evening of October 23rd in hopes you can join us for both dinner and the day of content on the 24th. These rooms are being arranged at the conference hotel, The William Vale (111 N 12th St, Brooklyn, NY 11249).

I would like to stay an extra night or two at The William Vale, is that possible? 

Absolutely. Should you wish to extend your stay at The William Vale, please reach out to them directly. They will honor our group rate for shoulder nights. Rooms are approximately $475-$550/night.

I have a preferred hotel in NYC or Brooklyn, am I able to stay there?

Of course you are able to book yourself at any hotel in the area that you'd prefer. However, we are unable to cover hotel costs for rooms outside of the negotiated conference room block. If you do decide to book elsewhere, please let us know. Please keep in mind there can be some traffic in the morning traveling between Manhattan and Brooklyn, so plan accordingly for an on-time arrival to The William Vale on the 24th.

I've already registered for Cloud One, but am no longer able to attend. 

Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you are unable to attend the conference after you've already submitted your registration. Name swaps/fill-ins will be allowed on a case-by-case basis.

Where will I be able to pick up my conference badge?

You will be able to pick up your badge upon check-in to The William Vale on Wednesday, October 23rd prior to dinner, as well as Thursday morning before our content kicks off. Badges will be handed out to guests to when they check into the hotel and we will have an additional check-in table for guests not staying with us at the William Vale. Please plan to wear your badge for all conference related events (except SoulCycle) so the hotel knows you're part of our group. 

Which airport is recommended for my flight into NYC?

Newark Liberty International Airport and John F. Kennedy International Airports are both approximately a 45 minute to 1 hour drive to The William Vale. Most of the flights you find will be flying in/out of either airport. If you are able to fly in/out of La Guardia airport in Queens, the commute from LGA to The William Vale is approximately 15 - 30 minutes. However, traffic during rush hour (4pm - 5:30pm) from any airport can add up to an additional hour to your travel in/out of the city. 

Is airport transportation provided when I arrive in NYC?

Please arrange your own airport and in-city transportation. No transportation will be formally organized by Cloud One. 

I will have luggage with me at the conference on the 24th, will there be a place to store it?

If you are staying with us overnight at The William Vale you are able to check your luggage with the bell desk. If you are joining us for the day in Brooklyn and need to store items please see us at the check-in desk and we will arrange to store your items. 

I have severe food allergies, are you able to accommodate these?

We are able to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions. We will plan menus that allow most guests to navigate their dietary restrictions on their own. If this is a life-threatening or airborne allergy please let us know (connectcloudone2019@events.salesforce.com) so we can work with our kitchen staff to take the appropriate precautions for your meals. We are also able to accommodate Kosher and Halal meals with 72 hours advance notice.

I really liked the venues we used for Cloud One 2018, why did we move to Brooklyn?

Fall in Manhattan is a very busy time for corporate events which makes securing venues and a large room block challenging. While we also loved where we hosted last year, our  goal this year was to keep everyone together as much as possible to foster more networking and organic relationship building. The William Vale is a newer hotel on the Brooklyn scene and offers unparalleled views of Manhattan. We are excited to spend our time with you just over the bridge, in Brooklyn, with a new perspective.
